The Town of Kirkwood Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at 6 PM at the Kirkwood Town Hall, 70 Crescent Drive

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Kirkwood on April 4, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the Joseph A. Griffin Town Hall, 70 Crescent Drive, Kirkwood, NY regarding a local law entitled “A LOCAL LAW REZONING 110 WILLIAM STREET (TAX MAP #162.15-2-11), 925 NYS ROUTE 11 (TAX MAP #162.15-2-12) AND A PORTION OF 24 SUNSET DRIVE (TAX MAP #162.16-1-18) TO THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ZONING DISTRICT.”

            TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the environmental significance, if any, of the proposed local law will be reviewed by said Town Board incident to and as a part of said public hearing.

Persons with disabilities who require assistance in attending said public hearing, or in furnishing comments and suggestions, should contact the undersigned to request such assistance. Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Town Board or at such public hearing.
